Selepas 2 minggu tanpa perkembangan positif, alhamdulillah syukur akhirnya nampak cahaya di hujung terowong!

LA submitted the amended report.
Day 52
Claim Dept (CD) issued the Settlement Offer (SO) and asked us to review the SO, sign the IBG form and send back to them. Since ada beberapa terms yang kami kurang faham, so we seek their clarification. Masa ni jugalah baru kami tahu bahawa selama ni we were misinformed about the claim process. The misinformation had led us to make inaccurate decisions and had cost us a lot financially. Takpe, now we focus on getting the SO done. We will deal with the issue later, انشاء الله
Day 53
We found out ada few items tersalah kira, so CD kena recalculate the figure. Take another day or two. SO ni mengandungi antaranya details scope of works, unit price dan quantity. Secara amnya, anythingattached to the ceiling & walls dikira contents and are covered in the policy. Another thing covered is the building itself. Bila dapat SO ni kena check one by one items yang diberi. Once dah sign, tak boleh ubah/tukar.
Day 55
Received final SO. Alhamdulillah semua figure nampaknya betul jadi berkat hari Jumaat yang mulia, kami signed dan returned the consent form.
Sementara menanti SO ni terasa berat bahu ni memikul beban. Alhamdulillah bila ada perkembangan positif sebegini, terasa sangat gembira dan bahu semakin ringan :D Walaupun masih jauh lagi dari berakhir ujian ni tapi we just live in the moment disamping terus berdoa dan bertawakkal kepada-Nya.
