Dah 7 minggu guys :(
Sama seperti minggu ke-6, tiada perkembangan memberangsangkan tentang case kami. Tapi, berita gembiranya Claims Dept (CD) sedang review our case.
Unfortunately, hari ke-46, we were told that there the LA didn't include wardrobe in her assessment, which not only puzzled us but the CD as well. Hence, they need to get clarification from her. And from Wed to Friday neither us nor CD could reach her. She didn't pick up her phone or return our calls. So that week just passed by.
Moga Allah terbitkan rasa empati dalam diri mereka untuk memudahkan urusan kami sekeluarga. Bila dah upset sangat tu, tak mampu nak buat apa, hanya berserah kepada-Nya dan terus berdoa. Benda di luar kawalan. Whatever it is, we believe that Allah has a better plan for us. Perkara ni berlarutan pasti ada hikmahnya. Better keep being positive, kalau tak sakit kepala!
